Orders received after 2pm will be processed the next week.
Delivery to your Door!
For your convenience, we offer local delivery right to your door!
If you feel you don’t fall into one of these delivery areas please contact us and we’ll work with you to find the most cost effective way to provide our services to you.
Weekly Deliveries
We offer weekly deliveries to within Ottawa (Kanata – Orleans, Downtown to Barrhaven)
Deliveries are weekly on Wednesday or Thursday evenings between 5-9pm. The Delivery day will be based on your location. Your delivery day and date will be shown at checkout under shipping options.
Extended Areas
To extend our offerings even further we offer bi-weekly or monthly deliveries to the following areas on a rotating basis. Refer to the shipping section of the checkout page to see the next delivery date for your area.
Biweekly: Greely/Metcalfe (Wednesday), Manotick (Thursday), Gatineau (Thursday), Rockland (Thursday), West Carleton/Arnprior/Renfrew (Friday), Smith Falls, Carleton Place, Perth & Kingston (Saturday)

We offer several pickup locations. You can select pickup locations at checkout. Next pickup date is shown as well.
Kinburn – Our location in Kinburn, pickups are available Tuesday – Friday 11am-6pm. (24 hour notice required)
Wednesday – College Square (BMO lot) @ 7:30pm
Wednesday – Gatineau – 25 Chem. de la Savane (Tim Hortons) @ 5:30pm
Thursday – 3467 Hawthorne Rd, Ottawa (Ultramar) @ 6:00pm
Thursday – Orleans (Wendy’s Parking Lot – 3880 Innes Road @ 7:30pm
Friday (biweekly)- Arnprior no frills @ 5:30pm
Friday (biweekly) – Renfrew no frills @ 6:00pm
Saturday – Kanata (Terry Fox Park n’ Ride @ 11:00am)
Saturday (biweekly) – Carleton Place (McDonalds lot @ 12:00pm)
Saturday (biweekly) – Perth (Dufferin Square @ 1:00pm)
Saturday (biweekly) – Smith Falls -Smith Falls Independent Grocer (25 Ferrara Drive) @ 2:00pm
Saturday (biweekly) – Kingston – McDonald’s on Division Road/401 @ 4:00pm
Missed Delivery?
If you are not available for your scheduled delivery please let us know as soon as possible, as long as you contact us before 3pm on the delivery day we can make other arrangements for your delivery the next week or pickup.
If delivery is not possible due to customer not being home, a 2nd delivery attempt will be made and the delivery fee will be invoiced and the 2nd attempt will be made the following week. You will receive a notification for this and can arrange a pickup location if needed. If payment is not received after the 2nd week order will be refunded MINUS delivery fee and 20% restocking fee.
