Pickup and Delivery Schedule

Thank you for considering us to for all your reptile family’s needs!  We do our best to provide you with options for quality supplies, and the highest quality feeders at a reasonable price!

To ensure we have what you are looking for please make sure to send in your order before 2pm on Tuesdays. 

Orders received up to 6pm the day before stated delivery day will be filled on  ‘best effort’ model .   Orders rececived after 6pm will be process the next week.

Delivery to your Door!

For your convenience, we offer local delivery right to your door!

If you feel you don’t fall into one of these delivery areas please contact us and we’ll work with you to find the most cost effective way to provide our services to you.

Weekly Deliveries

We offer weekly deliveries to within Ottawa (Kanata – Orleans, Downtown to Barrhaven) 

Deliveries are weekly on Wednesday or Thursday evenings between 5-9pm. The Delivery day will be based on your location.   Your delivery day and date will be shown at checkout under shipping options

Extended Areas

To extend our offerings even further we offer bi-weekly or monthly deliveries to the following areas on a rotating basis.  Refer to the shipping section of the checkout page to see the next delivery date for your area.

Biweekly:  Greely/Metcalfe (Wendesday), Manotick (Thursday), Gatineau (Thursday), Rockland (Thursday), Smith Falls-Perth (Friday), West Carelton/Arnprior/Renfrew (Friday)

Monthly: Kingston 

Pickup Locations

We offer several pickup locations.  You can select pickup locations at checkout.  Next pickup date is shown as well. 

Kinburn – Our location in Kinburn, pickups are available Tuesday – Friday 11am-6pm. (24 hour notice required)

Kanata – Terry Fox Park and Ride on Saturdays @ 11am (weekly)  

Renfrew – Chris & Tanya’s No Frills, 680 O’Brien Rd on Fridays @ 6pm (biweekly)

Smith Falls – Smith Falls Independent Grocer, 25 Ferrara Drive  on Fridays @ 6pm (biweekly)

Kingston – Division Street McDonalds on Fridays @ 8pm (monthly)

Missed Delivery?

If you are not available for your scheduled delivery please let us know as soon as possible, as long as you contact us before 3pm on the delivery day we can make other arrangements for your delivery the next week or pickup.

If delivery is not possible due to customer not being home, a 2nd delivery attempt will be made and the delivery fee will be invoiced and the 2nd attempt will be made the following week.  You will receive a notification for this and can arrange a pickup location if needed.  Thank you for your understanding.
